1.All Bonuses are limited to a single user, IP address, device, household, home address, telephone number and payment method. In the event that we determine that a user has used or is using a Bonus or any other promotional offer for the sole purpose of gaining an advantage through improper methods aimed at risk-free wagering of this Bonus, such as delaying bonus rounds to be wagered when there are no longer wagering requirements, the Bonus Balance will be void and access to any Bonus will be blocked.

2.For a Bonus to be credited, the relevant promotional code must be entered at the time of the qualifying deposit. The minimum amount of this deposit must be consulted in the specific conditions of the promotion. The Welcome Bonus does not require any code.

3.Each Account has two balances: the Actual Balance and the Bonus Balance. Winnings from a bonus are credited to the Bonus Balance. The Total Balance reflects the sum of the Actual Balance and the Bonus Balance.

4.All bonuses have wagering requirements, which should be consulted in the specific conditions of the Promotion. Once the wagering requirements have been met, the Bonus Balance amount will be transferred to the Actual Balance and can then be withdrawn.

5.The maximum amount of bonus winnings transferable to the Actual Balance after the wagering requirements have been met varies from bonus to bonus and should be consulted in the specific conditions of the Promotion.

6.The maximum allowable bet when using bonus funds is €5 per spin for all Games (Slots, Live Casino, Table Games, Crashgames etc). Any wagers exceeding €5 per spin will result in the bonus being deactivated, and all winnings derived from it,regardless of the bet amount, will be forfeited. This includes all winnings accumulated while the rule was violated.

8.Two or more bonuses may be active at the same time, and the wagering requirement of the bonus that has been activated for the longest time must be met before you can start playing for the next bonus.

9.Bets and any winnings derived from them made simultaneously with Actual Balance and Bonus Balance will be credited to the Bonus Balance.

10.Bonuses and Free spins are available to be wagered for a certain period after being added to your account. This validity period must be consulted and confirmed in the specific Promotion Terms. At the end of this period, any Bonus whose wagering requirements have not been met will be automatically void.

11.The Bonus Balance is automatically canceled when it reaches a lower amount than 0.50 EUR.

13.All no deposit bonuses have a maximum winning amount of 5 times the bonus amount.

15.Any active bonuses and due bonuses will be irretrievably lost if canceled by the user, whether this cancellation is made during a withdrawal request or in the "My Promotions" section in "My Account".

16.Players are permitted to use active bonus funds to participate in live games, with a 0% wagering contribution towards bonus requirements.
